Goldcrest Reserve specializes in curated, authenticated luxury timepieces, fine jewelry, loose diamonds (natural and lab-grown), and select high-end accessories.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

Product Authenticity & Brand Disclaimer

All items offered are 100% authentic and sourced through trusted industry channels.

Goldcrest Reserve is an independent dealer and is not affiliated with or authorized by any brand, including luxury houses such as Rolex, Cartier or any of the like.. All trademarks remain property of their respective owners.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit Cards (Shopify Payments)
  • Wire Transfers (preferred for high-value transactions)
  • Certified Bank Checks (subject to clearance)

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of cleared funds.

Goldcrest Reserve reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Payment verification failure
  • Suspected fraud
  • Pricing or listing errors

Wire transfer orders must be completed within 24 hours or inventory may be released.

Order Verification & Fraud Prevention

Due to the high-value nature of our inventory, all orders are subject to identity and payment verification.

We reserve the right to request:

  • Government-issued ID
  • Proof of billing address
  • Payment verification documentation

Failure to comply may result in cancellation.

Any fraudulent activity will be reported.

Sales Finality

All sales are final upon shipment unless explicitly covered under our Return Policy.

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Loose diamonds
  • Custom or modified items
  • Vintage / one-of-one pieces

Limitation of Liability

Goldcrest Reserve shall not be liable for:

  • Loss or theft after delivery
  • Wear, misuse, or damage
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts.

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in United States of America, Massachusetts.
