Shipping Policy

To ensure the highest standard of presentation and security, all orders are carefully packaged and prepared for shipment upon confirmation of shipping payment. Shipping costs remain the responsibility of the client and are calculated based on the destination and level of service requested.

Processing

All orders are subject to authentication, inspection, and verification prior to shipment.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Wire transfers will ship only upon full payment confirmation

Shipping Method

All items are shipped via expedited, insured carriers. Depending on the order, destination, and logistics availability, shipments will be fulfilled using:

  • FedEx Priority Overnight
  • UPS Next Day Air
  • FedEx 2Day
  • UPS 2nd Day Air

Goldcrest Reserve will select the most appropriate and secure shipping method to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Each shipment includes:

  • Full-value insurance
  • Adult signature required upon delivery
  • Discreet, unbranded packaging

Signature & Delivery Verification

All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. By signing for the package, the recipient acknowledges receipt and confirms that the package was received in acceptable condition.

For security purposes, Goldcrest Reserve may:

  • Require signature confirmation from the purchaser or an authorized recipient
  • Record proof of delivery, including carrier tracking confirmation and signature verification

Ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer upon confirmed delivery and signature acceptance.

We strongly recommend inspecting all packages at the time of delivery before signing. Any concerns regarding the condition of the package should be reported immediately to both the carrier and Goldcrest Reserve.

Goldcrest Reserve is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Orders

International customers are solely responsible for:

  • All duties
  • Taxes
  • Customs clearance requirements

Goldcrest Reserve is not responsible for delays, holds, or seizures by customs authorities.
