Refund policy
At GOLDCREST RESERVE, we specialize in the sourcing and sale of authenticated luxury timepieces, fine jewelry, and rare pieces. Due to the high-value and sensitive nature of these items, all sales are governed by the following return policy.
Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
All return requests must be submitted within this timeframe. Requests outside this window will not be accepted.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- In original, unworn, and unaltered condition
- Free from scratches, sizing, or any signs of use
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories
- Inclusive of any manufacturer boxes, papers, or authentication materials (if applicable)
Any item that has been resized, modified, opened, or tampered with will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)
The following categories are final sale:
- All purchases made via wire transfer, bank transfer, or cash-equivalent payment methods
- Loose diamonds (natural or lab-grown)
- Custom, resized, or special-order jewelry
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Vintage or estate jewelry (due to one-of-a-kind nature)
Return Authorization
All returns require prior approval.

If approved, a Return Authorization (RA) will be issued with shipping instructions.
Returns sent without authorization will be refused.
Inspection & Restocking Fee
All returned merchandise is subject to a comprehensive inspection.
Approved returns are subject to:
- A 10%-15% restocking fee
- Additional deductions if the item shows any signs of wear or missing components
If the item does not meet return standards, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Shipping & Liability
Customers are responsible for return shipping and must:
- Use fully insured, trackable shipping (UPS or FedEx required)
- Require adult signature upon delivery
- Package items securely to prevent damage
GOLDCREST RESERVE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments.
Refunds
Once the item has been received and approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (if eligible)
- Processing time: 3–7 business days
Wire transfer purchases are final and not eligible for refund.
Store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Fraud Prevention
To ensure integrity and protect all parties:
- All items are documented via serial numbers, gemstone identifiers, and high-resolution imaging
- Any attempt to return a substituted, altered, or tampered item will be refused and may be reported
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our standards.
