  • Orders up to $5,000: USPS Priority Mail Express or Priority Mail, insured for the full purchase price, signature required.
  • Orders over $5,000: USPS Registered Mail, the Postal Service's most secure service for valuables, insured for full declared value. Allow a few extra business days.
  • Discreet, unbranded packaging, with tracking emailed as soon as your order ships.

  • Eligible items may be returned within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery, in original, unworn condition with all packaging and documentation.
  • Final sale: wire or bank-transfer purchases, loose diamonds, custom or resized pieces, items marked "Final Sale," and vintage or estate jewelry.

  • Approved returns are subject to a 10%–15% restocking fee.
